As a trusted landscaper for more than 25 years, Greenleaves Landscaping has developed our multi-step Customer Care Process to ensure that owners like you are involved at every critical stage.
Step One: Introduction Meeting and Consultation
A designer will meet with you to discuss your landscape dreams. This is accomplished through careful listening and observation. You describe the landscape you've always dreamed of for your home and your designer adds their expertise and experience to the discussion. The following are just some of the many features that we design and build for homeowners just like you.
- Children's play areas, sports areas.
- Customized outdoor lighting.
- Flower beds and herb gardens.
- Fences and gates.
- Irrigation and water management systems.
- Outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire pits.
- Decks, patio covers, arbors, and pergolas.
- Patios, walkways, and paving.
- Waterfalls, fountains, and water features.
Step Two: Presentation
Our designers will present your conceptual design with affordable options that fit your lifestyle. If the plan meets your expectations and a contract is signed, a third meeting may not be necessary.
Step Three: Service Agreement
When needed, this meeting is where the contract is signed and a retainer fee is collected. We will then schedule the job and order materials. Depending on the scope of the project, size, complexity, weather, or time of the year, our crew may be at your property anywhere from one day to one month or more. Please notify your designer if any extenuating circumstances need to be considered when we schedule your project.
Step Four: Installation Process
This is where your vision becomes a reality! We will ask you if we may place a job sign with our name and logo on your property at the street. Not only does this show pride in our work, but also assists landscape deliveries for the site.
Step Five: Quality Assurance Inspection
A representative of Greenleaves Landscaping will meet with you on site to walk through the completed landscape. Any items that require attention will be noted and will be promptly resolved. You will be given written maintenance care instructions to help you through the establishment period of your new landscape. You may contact your landscape designer at any time with detailed questions should the need arise. Upon a satisfactory walk through, we will settle the final invoice and present you with a feedback card to return to us.
Step Six: 30-Day Follow-Up
To reinforce Greenleaves Landscaping commitment to customer satisfaction, we will follow up by phone approximately thirty days after installation. During this phone call, we will review proper watering of your plants and trees, review sprinkler timer settings, and discuss any other questions or concerns you may have.
Step Seven: Warranty Period
Trees and shrubs are guaranteed to be alive and well for a period of 90 days from the date of installation. Should a tree or shrub die, we will replace it once without cost to you. The terms of the guarantee are clearly specified in your contract.
